Scope and Permitted Use

This Acceptable Use Policy applies whenever you use AI Floor Plan Maker to generate, edit, save, or export a layout, whether you use a free feature or make a purchase. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

AI Floor Plan Maker produces floor plan layouts for space planning and design exploration. It is not a general-purpose image, video, or content generator. Requests must relate to floor plan layouts and comply with this policy. We refuse requests identified as unrelated to this purpose or harmful; attempting to obtain prohibited content is itself a violation, even if no output is produced.

Layouts are conceptual references, not construction documents, permit drawings, or professional safety or code-compliance advice. Have qualified professionals review any design before relying on it for construction or renovation.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use, or attempt to use, the service to:

Generate NSFW or sexual content. This includes pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, and any sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors.
Generate violent, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content. This includes threats, encouragement of violence, targeted abuse, and content that promotes hatred or discrimination against people or groups.
Infringe another person's rights. Do not generate or submit content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy, or rights in a person's image or likeness. Only provide material you are authorized to use.
Submit other people's sensitive personal information. Do not include private addresses, identity documents or identification numbers, financial account details, health records, access credentials, or other sensitive personal data about another person in a prompt or saved project.
Carry out unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities. Do not use layouts to facilitate crime, impersonate others, deceive customers, or falsely present AI-generated concepts as professionally approved, certified, or permit-ready plans.
Bypass restrictions or misuse the service. Do not circumvent usage limits, payment requirements, access controls, or safety measures; use multiple accounts or automation to evade limits; reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or scrape, harvest, or extract service content at scale without our written permission.

These restrictions apply to prompts, generated outputs, edits, saved projects, exports, and other material submitted through the service. Rephrasing a prohibited request or instructing an AI model to ignore these rules does not make the request acceptable.

Enforcement and Paid Features

We may reject requests, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We may also remove violating content and take steps needed to protect users, the service, and others. If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, contact us using the address below.

Suspension or termination for a violation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. This does not override any refund required by applicable law or an applicable refund policy stated at purchase. Other payment and refund matters remain subject to our Terms of Service and any applicable purchase terms.

Reporting a Violation

Report suspected misuse, prohibited content, or concerns about an enforcement decision to hello@aifloorplanmaker.com. Describe the issue and include a relevant page link or order reference if available. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date. Please review the policy when using the service.
